Customers will receive a replacement or full refund for their protected purchase if they do not receive the package within 15 days after shipping. in the case of a lost package, the customer must send an SMS request to (954) 666-3903 or call (954) 842-3636 to request a refund or replacement.
2.0 Defective vape
Customers must request a replacement or refund for a defective protected vape purchase within 7 days of package delivery. Requests will not be honored after 7 days.

- Description of the issue
- Video and pictures to prove that the device/s are defective.
