Vape manufacturers offer NO GUARANTEE on vape devices. Therefore, All tobacco and disposable vape SALES are FINAL. There are NO returns, refunds, or exchanges on disposable vape devices for any reason, defective, lost or otherwise.
However, you can protect your purchase by buying insurance protection to cover your purchase if it gets lost or defective—this option is located on the cart page, and you will not be able to proceed to checkout before you buy or decline protection.

1.0: Lost Package:
Customers will receive a replacement or full refund for their protected purchase if they do not receive the package within 15 days after shipping. in the case of a lost package, the customer must send an SMS request to (954) 408-3722 or call (954) 842-3636 to request a refund or replacement.
2.0 Defective vape
Customers must request a replacement or refund for a defective protected vape purchase within 7 days of package delivery. Requests will not be honored after 7 days.
2.1 Request for replacement or refund for a defective protected vape purchase
You may submit a request by sending an email to orders@hqdfume.com or sending an SMS to (954) 408-3722 with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Video and pictures to prove that the device/s are defective.
We will then review the information for approval or denial. If your request is approved, you must return the products to the following address:

The products must be in the original packaging, including the device, plastic bag, and box.
Also, you must send a picture of the shipping receipt and package.
