1.0: Shipping Options
hqdfume.com offers FREE Standard ground Shipping on all orders. The estimated delivery time for completed and paid transaction within the USA is between 4 to 6 days. Customers who wish to expedite shipping have the option to choose a priority shipping 2-3 days delivery at an additional charge of $6.95 or 11% of the total order cost. Customers who wish to have an overnight delivery have the option to choose NEXT DAY shipping at $39 additional cost or 23% of the total order. all orders are shipped with USPS, and customers will receive a tracking number for their package once shipment is created.
1.1: Shipping Address
It is the customers responsibility to make sure the address information provided is accurate, including city, state and zip code to prevent any error or delays in shipping. Customers shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped out. It is the customers responsibility to review their shipping information before order submission. Failure to provide accurate shipping information may result in a delay and additional shipping costs.
2.0 : Return & Exchange
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unusable or defected. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2.1 : Refunds ( If Applicable)
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
