Shipping & Refund Policy

1.0: Shipping Options offers FREE Standard ground  Shipping on all orders. The estimated delivery time for completed and paid transaction within  the USA is between 4 to 6 days. Customers who wish to expedite shipping have the option to choose a priority shipping 2-3 days delivery at an additional charge of $6.95 or 11% of the total order cost. Customers who wish to have an overnight delivery have the option to choose NEXT DAY shipping at $39 additional cost or 23% of the total order. all orders are shipped with USPS, and customers will receive a tracking number for their package once shipment is created.

1.1: Shipping Address

It is the customers responsibility to make sure the address information provided is accurate, including city, state and zip code to prevent any error or delays in shipping.  Customers shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped out.  It is the customers responsibility to review their shipping information before order submission.  Failure to provide accurate shipping information may result in a delay and additional shipping costs. If the customer made a mistake in the shipping address, it is the customer’s liability and responsibility. 

2.0 : Return & Exchange 

All sales of tobacco products are final – No return or exchange. If you received a product that is defective, you should contact the manufacture directly. 

2.1 : Refunds ( If Applicable) 
Refunds can be requested only of we can not fulfill you order, or we shipped your order to an address that is different than the one you provided. Refunds takes 5-9 business days to show on your card.

2.2 Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

2.3 Defective Disposable Vape Policy
There are a number of components in a disposable device that could fail and cause a faulty unit, and the nature of the product means that there is unfortunately not a way for us to thoroughly function and flavor test devices prior to shipment. Sadly, this means that on occasion, our customers may encounter a defective device. Therefore, and in the case if you have any defective product, you should contact the manufacture directly.
